Hamburger Corn Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Ground chuck,
1/3 cup: Chopped onion,
1 can: Whole kernal corn,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chopped green pepper,
1 package: Corn muffin mix,
1 can: Tomatoes, drained
Directions:
Brown the meat in a skillet, with a little oil added, which can be
placed in the oven later or transferred to a baking dish. Add green
pepper, tomatoes, corn, onion and salt. Prepare corn muffin mix and
spread over the casserole. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
