Maryland Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Chicken, cut-up fryer;
1 tbsp: Salt,
2 cup: Flour, sifted
2 tbsp: Pepper,
3: Egg, whipped;
1 tbsp: Pepper, white
3 cup: Crackers, crushed saltine
1/3 cup: White Worcestershire,
2 tbsp: Poultry Seasoning,
1 cup: Vegetable Oil,
Directions:
Combine flour, poultry seasoning, salt, and peppers in a bowl.
Whip eggs in another bowl. Crush crackers in a third bowl.
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, cracker crumbs, and
again in flour.
Pour oil into frying pan (two may be used for 6 or more servings);
heat to about 350F. Add chicken, cover, fry for 15 minutes. Turn
chicken; pour white Worcestershire over chicken, cover and cook
another 10 - 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
