Shrimp Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Feet small hog casings,
1 tsp: Sweet paprika,
1 1/2 lbs: White fish fillet, cubed
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1: Egg, beaten
2 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
1/2 lbs: Tiny shrimp, cleaned*
Directions:
*If using canned shrimp, rinse very well under cold running water to
get rid of the tinny taste.
Prepare casings. Process fish just until broken in food processor. Add
remaining ingredients except shrimp. Process until well blended.
Transfer to mixing bowl and mix in shrimp. Stuff casings and tie off
into 3-4" links.
