Instant Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Shredded, desiccated,
3 1/2 cup: Water,
-unsweetened coconut,
Directions:
Put coconut in medium bowl. Pour simmering water over the coconut. Let
stand until cooled. Strain, discard the coconut, refrigerate or
freeze.
