1 1/2 cup: Freshly ground whole wheat,

Directions:

barley, and brown rice. 3 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. apricot or soy oil 1/2
cup dried dates, grated in blender, if desired 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp.
sesame seeds Mix wheat flour and seven-grain flour in a bowl. Blend
honey, oil, dates, and water; add to flour mixture and mix well.
Place mixture between two sheets of waxed paper. Using a rolling pin
roll 1/4 inch thick. Remove top sheet of waxed paper; sprinkle
mixture with sesame seeds, and press seeds into dough with rolling
pin. Cut into 1-1/2 by 1-1/2 inch square or diamond shapes and place
on dehydrator tray. Dry 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Yield: about 4 dozen
