Brown Sugar Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
3 tbsp: Cream,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
6 tbsp: Butter,

Directions:

Mix and bring to a boil. Remove from fire and add baking powder and
