Danish Sweet Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 quart: Red fruit juice,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Raisins, golden
3 tbsp: Tapioca, Minute
1/2 cup: Currants,
2 slice: Lemon,
1/2 cup: Prunes, or plums, pitted and
sm Cinnamon stick,
-chopped,
Directions:
Mix fruit juice, raisins, currants, prunes and sugar. Simmer for a few
minutes and then add a couple of lemon slices and a small cinnamon
stick. Add tapioca. Continue cooking until tapioca has cooked clear,
stirring to keep tapioca from sticking. Spoon into dishes and serve
with cream or Cool Whip.

Evaluation by Deseret News: We used cran-raspberry juice for the base
and ended up with a beautiful pudding that tastes as good as it looks.
Delicious eaten either hot or cold.
