Title: Filipino Bean, Shrimp and Spinach

Yield: 2 servings

2 1/2 c Water To taste
1 md Tomato, sliced 12 oz Cleaned shrimp
4 oz Onion, finely diced 1 c Cooked fresh lima beans
1 sm Garlic clove, minced 1 c Cleaned spinach
Salt and pepper or soy sauce

In saucepan combine water, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp,
beans, and spinach and return to simmer for 5 to 8 minutes more or
until shrimp are pink and firm. *From Weight Watchers International
