632278 Savory Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Pork tenderloin,
1/4 t: Salt,
1 T: Oil,
1/8 t: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Dry bread crumbs,
1/8 t: Garlic powder,
1/2 t: Dried rosemary, crushed

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush pork with oil. In shallow dish
combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Coat pork with crumb
mixture; place roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under.
Insert meat thermometer so the bulb reaches the center of the meat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature
reaches 165 degrees. 2-3 servings.
