Strawberry Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

2 Pts: strawberries, fresh
6 ounce: Semisweet chocolate chips,
Whole,

3 tbsp: , (to 4) orange marmalade
1 cup: Heavy cream,
Or apricot jam,

Preparation Time: 0:20
1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and
Cointreau until smooth. Add melted chocolate and stir until well
blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spread evenly in baked crust.
Refrigerate until chilled, 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
2. Rinse and hull strawberries; drain on paper towels. Set berries,
pointed side up, on top of pie, covering entire surface.
3. Warm marmalade in microwave or over low heat until melted. Brush
over strawberries. Refrigerate for up to 5 hours before serving.
NOTE: A 21-ounce can of cherry pie topping and filling can be used
instead of strawberries and marmalade to top pie. Also, a regular pie
crust can be used in place of Chocolate Pastry Crust.
