Tropic Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Basic cookie mix,
1 1/4 cup: Shredded coconut,
2: Egg yolks,
Maraschino cherries,
8 1/2 ounce: Crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking sheets. In a medium bowl,
combine cookie mix, egg yolks, pineapple and coconut. Stir until well
blended. Drop by tsp onto prepared baking sheets. Top with cherries.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are golden.
