Bankers Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients:
2: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 t: Salt,
8 1/2 ounce: Crushed pineapple, drained
2 cup: Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup: Green pepper, finely chopped
Assorted crackers,
2 T: Onion, chopped
Directions:
In medium bowl combine the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper,
onion, salt and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
Roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans before serving. Source:
