Beans And Beef^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef,
2 cup: Canned no salt added,
1 large: Onion, diced
-tomatoes,
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 cup: Cooked kidney beans,
1/2: Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp: Chili powder or to taste,
1/2: Red bell pepper, diced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1 1/2-qt. baking dish with Pam. Brown
meat in a medium size skillet; drain off fat. Ad onion, garlic, bell
peppers and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder.
Spoon mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours. Remove
cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
