Chinese Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Onions, chopped
1 can: Mixed Chinese vegetables,
1: Green pepper, chopped
Drained,
4 Stalks: of celery, chopped
Soy sauce,
2 tbsp: Butter,
Parsleyed garlic salt,
1 lbs: Ground beef,
3 cup: Cooked rice,
1 can: Water chestnuts,
1 can: Condensed cream of mushroom,
1 can: Sliced mushrooms,
Soup,
Directions:
Saute chopped onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add ground
beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. Add undiluted soup, Chinese
vegetables, drained sliced water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Sprinkle
with soy sauce, about 2 tb., and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly and
serve over rice, thinning with a little water or wine. Randy Rigg
