Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Egg Beaters,
1/2 cup: Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1 t: Vanilla,
OR,
1 t: Bakinf soda,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Flour,
AND 3 pk Sweet n Low,
1/2 cup: Mrs. Richardsons or Kroger,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
-fatfree caramel topping,
OR,
1 cup: Braums or Mrs.,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
-Richardsons fatfree fudge,
AND,
-topping,
2 t: Sweet n Low Brown,
1 cup: Grape Nuts cereal,

Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Cream Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip and
vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Set aside 1 cup of the batter.
Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9" baking dish that has been
sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
10 minutes. Spread with carames and fudge toppings. Sprinkle Grape
Nuts over this. Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the
Grape Nuts. continue baking 12-15 minutes or until evenly browned.
Cool; cut into squares. These can be served alone as cookie bars or
warm with fatfree ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt on top for a
delicious dessert. Per sugar serving: 98 cal., 0.1g fat (1%), 0mg
