Chocolate-dipped Apricots Recipe

1/2 cup: Semisweet chocolate chips,
35: Apricot halves, dried
1 1/2 tsp: Vegetable shortening, solid

chocolate chips and shortening in microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 mins,
stirring twice, until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
Watch carefully as chocolate should not become too hot. 2. Dip each
apricot halfway into melted chocolate. Place 1/2 to 1 inch apart on
wax paper-lined baking pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 mins.
Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
