SWEET PICKLING BRINE
1 each: Recipe sweet pickling brine,

Directions:
Cure beef brisket in Sweet Pickle Brine at 35 F. for 2 days per
pound. After curing, process just the same as beef roast. A meat
thermometer will show when cooking is complete.
