Creamy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt - Butter Busters^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 t: Cornstarch,
1 can: , (12oz) evaporateed skim milk
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Egg Beaters, beaten
OR,
2/3 cup: Hersheys Chocolate syrupp,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 t: Vanilla,
AND,
1 cup: Nonfat vanila yogurt,
3 each: Pk Sweet n Low,
-stirred,
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in milk and
Egg Beaters. Cook and stir over low heat 6-8 minutes or until mixture
coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Add chocolate syrup and cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in an ice cream freezer acccording
to manufactureers directions. Per sugar serving: 160 cal., 0.4g fat
(2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 6g pro., 35g carb., 106mg sod. Per S&L
