Mexicali Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Garlic clove, minced
2/3 cup: Sour cream,
1: Jalapeno pepper, finely chop
1/4 cup: Cilantro, finely chopped
8 ounce: Sargento mexican cheese,
Directions:
In food processor combine garlic, peppers, cheese and sour cream. Beat
until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in cilantro. Cover
and chill. Use on crackers or red bell pepper wedges. Source:
