Tabasco Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Sugar,
6 tbsp: Tabasco sauce,
1 cup: Water,
1/3 cup: -plus,
1/3 cup: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Liquid pectin,
4 tbsp: -up to,
Red food coloring, optional
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice and Tabasco
sauce, bringing to a boil over medium heat. Add liquid pectin. Allow
to come to a boil; boil for 1 minutes. Add food coloring, if
desired. (The food coloring helps make a prettier jelly.) Pour into
sterilized jars.
