Ingredients:
4 Cloves: garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp: Allspice,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Cider or wine vinegar,
1/2 cup: Water,
1 dash: Cumin, optional

Directions:
Marinate meat overnight, or up to 3 days. Drain meat, and pan fry or roast.
Meat may be cut into serving pieces or left whole. Naturally, small pieces
