Walnut Coconut Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Plain or vanilla yogurt, drained in a cloth Lined Sieve For 20- 30 Minutes
1/4 cup: Walnuts, Chopped And Toasted
1/4 cup: Sweetened flaked coconut,
1 tbsp: Maple syrup,

Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, walnuts, coconut, and syrup,
until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use, and bring to room
temperature before topping pancakes. Yield: 1 1/2 cups c.1996, M.S.
