Walnut Pesto Concentrate Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Packedbasil leaves, no stems, wash leaves thoroughly and lay out on paper toweling. Pat dry
1 cup: Extra virgin olive oil,
1 1/4 cup: Walnuts,
1 cup: Parmesan or Reggiano cheese,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 tbsp: Freshly-chopped garlic,
Directions:
Process in the food processor until smooth.
A little goes a long way, as it is extremely full flavored.
