15 Minute Soup (4 Points) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Extra lean ground beef,
2 can: Minestrone soup,
2 can: Tomatoes with green chilis,
2 cup: Pinto beans,
2 cup: Frozen mixed vegetables,
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain on paper towel and add back
to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Good served with cornbread.

NOTES : Variation #2: Dont add the ground beef - makes a delicious veggie
soup for 1 point per serving! Black beans are a great substitute for the
pinto beans, also.
