TO 1" SLICES PER SERVING. PLACE IN APPROPRIATE SERVING PAN ON COLD LINE
FOR CUSTOMER SELF SERVICE. ENSURE TONGS ARE AVAILABLE. REPLENISH WITH
ONE WATERMELON AT A TIME. ENSURE WEIGHTS ARE POSTED TO THE KITCHEN
REQUISTION AND RETURNS WORKSHEET.
