Watermelon Slush Recipe

Ingredients:
8 cup: Cubed seeded watermelon,
1/4 cup: Sifted powdered sugar,
6 ounce: Frozen lemonade concentrate,, (1 can) thawed and undiluted
Mint sprigs,, optional
Directions:
Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze.
Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of
concentrate in a blender, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into individual glasses. Repeat procedure with remaining
watermelon, powdered sugar, and concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (serving size: 1
cup).
Per serving: 91 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 23g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.
