Blueberry Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
1: Orange, zest of
2 pint: Blueberries, washed and drained
Directions:
Place blueberries in large bowl. Cover with vinegar.let stand for 1 hour.
Transfer to large, nonreactive sasucepan. Add sugar and orange zest.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Strain,
press out as much liquid as possible. Pour into hot glass jars or fancy
bottles.
