Whole Wheat Honey Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Each whole wheat and white flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 large: Eggs,
1/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/3 cup: Honey,
3/4 cup: Milk,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking
cups. Sift together flours, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. In a seperate
bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, honey and milk and mix well. Add liquid
ingredients to dry and mix. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Make 12 muffins.
