Wild Rice And Mushroom Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Mushrooms, size you desire
1/2 cup: Butter,
1 cup: Liquid, mushroom juice plus milk
1 Box: Uncle Bens long grain wild rice,
Bread crumbs,
2 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Flour,

Directions:
Cook rice as directed on box. While rice is cooking, prepare sauce. Melt
butter, saute mushrooms in butter and add flour. Brown slightly and add
liquid. Stir until smooth. Add to rice mixture as soon as rice is done.
Stir well. Top with bread crumbs and brown at 350 degrees.

Delicious with ham and sweet potatoes.
