Ingredients:
Unsalted butter, clarified
4 ounce: Jumbo lump crab meat,
5 ounce: Peeled and deveined shrimp,
Blackening seasoning,
White rice,
Directions:
Heat a cast iron skillet. Add 1 - 2 oz. of clarified butter. Add shrimp and
cook until halfway done. Add crab meat and sprinkle with blackening
seasoning. Mix shrimp and crab meat together. Spoon onto a plate serve with
white rice. Serves 2.
