Wine Basted Red Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive Oil, *Note
3 lbs: Red Potatoes, Small Ones, Quarter
5 Cloves: Garlic, Sliced
1 tbsp: Minced Fresh Rosemary, Or 1 T Dried Rosemary
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: White Wine,

Directions:
*NOTE: Original recipe used 1 1/2 T olive oil

In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over med heat, stirring
5 min. Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 - 15 min or until
tender.

Work Time: 15 min Total Time: 20 min
