Yankee Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: , (20-oz) crushed pineapple
1 package: , (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 can: (2-oz) pimiento, chopped
2 package: , (3-oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup: Chopped celery,
2/3 cup: Chopped nuts,
1 pinch: Salt,
1/2 cup: Cream, whipped
Directions:
Bring pineapple to boil. Add gelatin and cool. Beat cheese until smooth.
Stir into pineapple. Add celery, pimiento and nuts. Fold in cream. Pour
into 2-quart mold. Chill 24 hours.
