Ingredients:
1 cup: Low calorie cottage cheese,
1 cup: Plain low-fat yogurt,
2 tbsp: Honey,
2 tbsp: Fresh lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Pineapple juice, optional

Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth. Serve
over fruit platter or fruit salad. Calories: 11 per Tablespoon. Yield:
2-1/2 cups.
