Ingredients:
4: Egg yolks,
3 ounce: Marsala wine,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
Fresh berries,
Ice cream,

Directions:
Place egg yolks, wine and sugar in a copper rounded pan or double boiler
and whisk until mixture has a whipped creamy texture (about 5 to 15
minutes). Pour over ice cream and strawberries or raspberries in large wine
glasses. Yield: 4 servings.
