Zesty Turkey And Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Chicken stock,
1 tsp: Dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/4 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1 lbs: Canned stewed tomatoes,
3/4 cup: Uncooked long grain rice,
1 cup: Frozen peas,
2 cup: Cooked turkey or chicken, cubed

Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring
to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low.

2. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in peas and turkey.

3. Cover and cook 5 minutes more or until rice is done and most of liquid
is absorbed.

Per serving: calories 332, fat 4.4g, 12% calories from fat, cholesterol
53mg, protein 28.1g, carbohydrates 42.5g, fiber 2.3g, sodium 608mg.
