Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Margarine,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/2 cup: Grated zucchini,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
1 cup: Chocolate chips,
Directions:
Blend as for cookies.
Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes
NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a
client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.
The cookies are very moist and stay chewy.
