Chicken Pizzaiola Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Chicken breast, boneless, and skinless
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
Salt & pepper,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 tsp: Parsley,
28 ounce: Can plum tomatoes, crushed
2: Garlic cloves, sliced
Directions:
In a large fry pan qith a tight fitting lid, brown chicken in oil on both
sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over browned chicken breast; cover
and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, adding water if needed.
