Dry Rub For Poultry 1 Recipe

Yield: 2 Lb chicken

Ingredients:
2 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Black pepper, I halved this
2 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 tsp: Sage leaves, or rosemary
1: Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp: Lemon peel, grated

Directions:
Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before barbecuing.
