Ediths Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Mashed cooked sweet potatoes,
3: Eggs,
1 cup: Sugar, (or 1/2 cup)
1 tbsp: Vanilla,
1 Stick: melted butter,

TOPPING
1/2 Stick: margarine,
1/2 cup: Self rising flour,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Nuts, (pecan-walnuts)

Directions:
(8x8 pan)

Mix first part together and pour into pans (sprayed w/Pam).

Top with topping (Mix together with hands until crumbly).

Bake at 350 degree until top is brown and crisp

Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13 pan
