Frozen Blushing Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
1/3 cup: Granulated sugar,
1 cup: Crushed pineapple with juice,
1: 10 oz. pkg. frozen straw berries, thawed
1 cup: Whipping cream, or 1 env. topping
Directions:
Have cream cheese at room temperature. Add sugar and mix well to dissolve.
Add pineapple and strawberries. Stir and mash with fork. It will be a bit
lumpy.
Whip cream until stiff. Fold into fruit. Pour into ring mold or soup
cans. Freeze. Cover to store. Unmold ring on plate. If in cans, remove
bottom end and push salad out on plate. Slice. Serves 8-10 Typed in
