Fulkerson Tomato Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Canned tomatoes, drained and slightly broken up
1 1/4 cup: Well crumbled toasted bread,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Melted butter,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Peheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a small baking dish. Mix the tomatoes, bread crumbs, brown sugar,
butter, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to the baking dish and bake
until the pudding bubbles and browns, about 50 minutes. Let cool a little
before serving.
