Herb Pesto Recipe

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
2 cup: Fresh Herbs, * See Note
1 tbsp: Fresh Thyme, * See Note
1/4 cup: Olive Oil,
1/4 cup: Pine Nuts, Or Walnuts; Toasted
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
3 Cloves: Garlic, Minced
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan Cheese, Optional
Water, As Needed

Directions:
*Basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, spinach or and combination of 2 or 3.
*Marjoram, oregano or tarragon; optional.

Process until smooth adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. If a chunkier
pesto is desired, omit water.

Makes 3/4 cup.
