Marinated Onion Mexican Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Onion,
1/4 cup: Fresh lemon juice,
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup: White vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Basil or oregano leaves,

Directions:
Slice onion into rounds. Cover with water in a 1-quart glass bowl and
microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Drain and cover with the juice of one
large lemon juice (about 1/4-cup), salt, vinegar and basil or oregano.
Refrigerate until needed.
