Marys Hoisin Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Chicken breast halves without skin,
1/4 cup: Hoisin sauce,
1/4 cup: Plum sauce,
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
1 medium: Piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
1: Lime, juice of *
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well
and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice.
