Nite-nite Cookies Recipe
Yield: 21 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2: Egg whites,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Nuts, (optional), chopped fine
1 cup: Chocolate chips, (optional)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually,
fold in nuts and chips. Drop by teaspoon on to foil lined cookie sheets.
Put in oven , close door and turn off oven. Leave all night , DO NOT PEEK
IN OVEN OR OPEN THE DOOR!. You can freeze unbaked dough for up to nine
months or baked cookies for up to six months.
