Oatmeal Raisin Streusel Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Margarine, melted
1 cup: Skim milk,
1 large: Egg,
2/3 cup: Oatmeal,
1/3 cup: Flour,
1/3 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
3/4 cup: Raisins,
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
Fold raisins into muffin batter. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, filling
about 3/4 full. Combine streusel ingredients--3 tablespons brown sugar, 3
tablespoons oatmeal) and sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400 for 20 - 22
minutes
