Orange Tapioca Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Water,
3 ounce: Gelatin,
3 3/8 ounce: Instant vanilla pudding mix,
3 ounce: Tapioca pudding mix,
15 ounce: Mandarin oranges, drained
8 ounce: Crushed pineapple, drained
8 ounce: Cool Whip Lite, thawed
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes.
Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for one minute. Remove from
the heat and cool completely.. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped
topping. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
