Oven-fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: White fish fillets,
1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1 cup: Seasoned breadcrumbs,
1 tbsp: Unsalted butter, melted
4: Lemon wedges,

Directions:
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

Preheat oven to 500

F. Dip fish in buttermilk, then in breadcrumbs to coat
well. Arrange fillets on a baking sheet, without crowding. Drizzle with
butter. Bake in upper third of oven 10-12 minutes, until crusty and golden.
Serve with lemon wedges.
