Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 quart: Milk,
5: Eggs,
2 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
2 package: Dream Whip, mixed
1 1/2 cup: Peppermint candy, crushed
Blend eggs, sugar, and 2 cups milk in blender very well. Heat mixture
Directions:
in double boiler with the rest of the milk and a pinch of salt. Cook,
stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and coats a
metal spoon. DO NOT BOIL! Cool well and fold in Dream Whip and peppermind
candy, well crushed (you can use up to 2 cups candy). Freeze in ice cream
