Pig-out Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Boneless pork chops,
4: Thick onion slices,
4: Thick lemon slices,
Brown sugar,
Ketchup,
Salt and pepper,
Directions:
Brown chops on both sides and place into baking dish. Salt and pepper chops
to taste. Top each chop with an onion slice and lemon slice. Place 1 Tbsp.
of brown sugar, and 1 Tbsp. ketchup on top of each chop. Cover with foil
and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
